Celebrity MasterChef spoilers follow.
Celebrity MasterChef reopened its doors tonight (August 25), after a second chef was eliminated from the final batch.
Jimmy Bullard (former Fulham FC player), Lesley Joseph (Birds of a feather), Richard Blackwood (Hollyoaks) and Kirsty Gallacher (Smooth Radio) each enjoyed some positive feedback from judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode, but only three were allowed through to the quarter-finals.
After three stressful challenges, it was Kirsty that was bent by the competition.

A 20-minute twist on the Crepe Suzette opened the show, which is basically a thin crepe covered in caramel with orange peel.
Then arrived Asma Khan, the head chef of Darjeeling Express, who gave this famous quartet the opportunity to recreate one of her recipes.
It’s worth noting here that Lesley in particular proved a triumph – she’s now become an official dark horse to take home Celebrity MasterChef glory.
Later, their final brief was to cook a dish where vegetables were the focal point.

In the wake of Gregg and John’s decision, here’s how broadcaster Kirsty reflected on her time on the Master chef Kitchen: “I’m fine… I’ve loved every minute of it. I mean it would be nice – of course it would be – to continue.
“But I think maybe, I’ve gone as far as it was right for me. These three are the ones that have to go.”
Richard, who admitted he had completely mastered the first challenge, went on to tell the cameras: “I think people at home don’t really understand how happy it makes you feel when you get to that point. I’m so happy , I’m so happy. really happy!”
Celebrity MasterChef broadcast on BBC One.
